Emergency Services
Mercy Regional EMS Provides 24 hour Emergency and Non-emergency ambulance transportation to the primary service area of Paducah-McCracken County. Thru Mutual aid agreement Mercy Regional EMS will respond to other service areas in the Western Kentucky and Southern Illinois area. In addition, Mercy Regional EMS provides disaster response services to other areas of the state and country as the need is determined.
9-1-1 Emergency Ambulance Services
Mercy Regional EMS, is the sole provider as recognized by the Kentucky Board of EMS, designated as ambulance provider responsible to respond to 9-1-1 Emergency requests for ambulance services for McCracken County Kentucky. All 9-1-1 Emergency responses are ALS evaluated.
Advanced Life Support Level of Care- is for patients requiring an advanced level of medical care or monitoring. Very high level of patient care is provided by a Paramedic and may include Invasive Airway management, cardiac monitoring, oxygen therapy, maintaining IV solutions and/or IV solutions containing medications.
